Booking Tickets
Someone who buys tickets agrees to the house rules, such as NOT bringing buggies or prams into the circus tent.
Bought Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. So please check date and time carefully on purchase but also in your calendar.
No admittance after the start of the performance, so please be on time!

- There is no transaction fee if tickets are paid for with IDEAL. For payments with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or ApplePay a transaction fee of 4% will be charged by our ticketprovider.
- Canceling an order is only possible in accordance with the conditions of the cancellation insurance that our ticket provider offers and provided that it has been taken out by the client.
- When sold-out online, we usually still have a couple of seats for left on sale at the box office.
- Tickets without service surcharge and/or payment costs are only available at the circus box office in front of the circus tent.
- Only PIN and cash payments are accepted at the circus box office (mobile pin connection issues can occur and cannot be avoided). Creditcards, PayPal and Tikkies are NOT ACCEPTED.

Holders of a valid CJP-Pass receive a €5 discount on the regular prices.
Order online as a voucher. Before the show, drop by the Magic Service Buffet and after checking the CJP-Pass your voucher will be converted into an admission ticket.
CJP price cannot be combined with other discounts and/or promotions.
