The light of our show VALO has been dimmed. After 157 public performances at 54 different locations, it’s now time for a rest. Well… rest? During the winter months, numerous preparations are being made before the 2026 season can commence. The Magic Talent Scouts travel the world in search of new talent, maintenance is being carried out on the vehicles and equipment, municipalities we don’t yet visit can submit a request for our visit, and then we’ll draw lots to select which municipality will announce our arrival in 2026. In short, plenty to do.
We thank the thousands of (regular) visitors and fans for coming. 2025 was a special year, especially because Magic Circus director Maurice received the Oscar Carré Trophy from Youp van ‘t Hek at the Amstelveld in a sun-drenched Amsterdam.
Of course, Maurice will address the nation in his Christmas speech on December 24th. We’ll also keep you updated on all the latest developments leading up to the 2026 season via our social media channels and this website.
