ONLINE TICKET SALES
Didn’t receive your tickets/confirmation even though you’ve paid? Please contact the ticket provider Yourticketprovider.
Please be sure to check the tickets didn’t end up in you spambox/ junk mail folder. You can have the tickets re-send automatically HERE.
VOUCHER CODE NOT WORKING
Voucher codes are case sensitive. Did you use capitals and is the code still not working? Please report it to our marketing agency via: email@example.com they will check it out a.s.a.p. and will try to get the code functioning properly as quickly as they can.
Restitutions and Swapping Tickets
Bought tickets cannot be refunded, returned or swapped. As with theatres and cinemas, sickness or not using your purchased tickets are no valid reasons for restituton. In severe grieving circumstances you can contact our marketing agency CIRQommunication via firstname.lastname@example.org. Per case they will see if we can work something out for you, but please note this is not a guarantee we can. Refunds remain out of the question. Upon purchasing tickets you also have the possibility to buy a cancellation insurance from Yourticketprovider. If you did and you would like a refund, you will need to contact Yourticketprovider and not the circus.
In the case the circus needs to cancel a show, you have the right to be refunded. If Magic Circus decides to cancel a show they will inform everyone with tickets as quickly as possible by email or telephone. In the email or telephone conversation they will inform about the refunding process, to exchange tickets for another date, etcetera.
PERS-, FILM AND INTERVIEW REQUESTS:
Taking pictures or filming on the circus grounds for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written permission by our marketing agency or the board of directors. Creating stock photography or entering images into photo competitions are also considered commercial purposes. You can apply for permission up to 24 hours before the shoot would need to take place. Circus team members on site are unauthorized to consent to any filming or photography.
The marketing communication and social media of Magic Circus, the Dutch Urban Circus are executed by the circus marketing agency:

Please mail us the desired showtime and date, the number of kids and the number of adults and we will get back to you asap. Please beware! We are not online 24/7 so please do not mail us last minute.
